ORDERS
Although we do not have an online shopping system, ordering is still very easy -
just send us an email via the link below. You can also use this link to make an enquiry.
Order checklist:
- Items required
- Your name and address
- Whether or not you want a recorded delivery (see below)
- Your method of payment (see below) - PayPal preferred
Place an order by email
Please note that we do not have a shop or showroom to visit.
We will acknowledge your order and confirm the total cost and
expected delivery date (if items are not in stock).
When your order is ready we will email you an invoice and dispatch
your goods on receipt of your payment. Completed orders will be held for you for
a period of one month.
DELIVERY
Packages can be dispatched by first class recorded delivery within the UK
and by recorded express delivery overseas if required.

PAYMENTS - PAYPAL, CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER

Cheques and money orders should be made payable to 'S Kenny'.
Overseas customers paying by cheque need a Sterling Draft, drawn on a British bank.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your order
we will refund on anything returned to us in perfect condition within 10 days.
In the event of damage in transit please notify us immediately. We will then be
happy to send a replacement on receipt of the broken item by return post.
